The Material Review Board (MRB) Quality Engineer develops, maintains and ensures compliance with quality assurance programs, policies, processes and procedures. You will also ensure the performance and quality of the products conform to the established standards, specifications and agency guidelines; providing expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations and agency guidelines to assure compliance.

As a MRB Quality Engineer, your key accountabilities will include:

• Working directly with operating entities to ensure that inspections, process control analyses or audits are conducted on a continuing basis, as specified, to enforce requirements and meet specifications

• Ensuring the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly. Promote the importance and benefit of Quality.

• Enabling product continuous improvement by driving root cause and corrective action investigations and analysis

• Establishing and ensuring the inspections are conducted prior to the processing of raw materials, ingredients, product and package specifications

• Disposition production released non-conforming purchased and RR Corp. fabricated material submitted to the Material Review Board with the emphasis on customer satisfaction

• Monitor and maintain the MRBWebapp tool

• Monitor root cause and corrective actions of purchased and fabricated non-conforming material

• Make quality decisions on visual non-conformances daily

• Assist in monitoring compliance within Operations

Qualifications and experience

Basic:

• Associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience quality, working in a direct customer contact environment, or

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience quality, working in a direct customer contact environment, or

• Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience quality, working in a direct customer contact environment, or

• JD/PhD or

• 12+ years of combined quality, working in a direct customer contact environment in lieu of degree

• In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship

• Experience with root cause and corrective action analysis
